The Matrix Trilogy Screensaver

If you know any movie from The Matrix trilogy, you surely know that green falling code. This is probably the best simulation of this effect freely available at the internet.

The screensaver has many properties that can modify its appearance, behaviour, add special effects, etc. Most such settings are turned off by default to make it run smooth also on older computers. Try to play with the settings, you'll be surprised.

In cooperation with Dave Champagne, we are developing this project, which is supposed to become the best The Matrix code simulation ever.

The installer will install the screensaver along with necessary libraries. Your settings and presets will not be overwritten and also you don't need to uninstall older version if updating...

Technical details:

The structure of the preset files (*.tmt) and also structures of settings are expanded with every new version. Although we are trying to keep some backward compatibility, sometimes it is imposible to archieve (like between versions 0.37 and 0.38). In such cases the screensaver may refuse to run. To fix this, open the properties of the screensaver and activate the "Default" preset. All settings will be then reset to its defaults and the screensaver will run correctly.
