Aegis Engine

Aegis Engine is set of subsystems designed for common use in multimedia applications and games.

Whole project is currently in early state of development. Because it is complex system with special requirements for generality and wide range of possibilities to use, the development cannot be forced if we want to get the best possible qualitty.

Licence

The Aegis Engine will be distributed for free. The actual lincese is being formulated but it probably will be variation on so called ZLIB licence. You will get more information from project's homepage.

History

Aegis Engine is something like new version of my previous project. It's name was aEngine. Many parts of Aegis Engine now uses parts of it.
If you are interested int the previous project, which is at this point more capable than the new project, you can download the example project clicking the link below.

The original aEngine is distributed under ZLIB licence.
